Biography

John is a founding partner with the consulting firm, People2Strategy, and brings with him over 20 years experience with leading, quality service organizations. His background includes senior leadership positions with international companies, and he has specific expertise in the development and architecture of organizations to achieve strategic purpose.

John graduated from Hospitality College in his native Ireland, attaining professional membership of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. He is an adjunct member of faculty at Florida International University, School of Hospitality Management, in the school's Master's degree program.

His academic pursuits also include extensive research on organizational responses during mergers and acquisitions, and this is field where he has specific intervention experience.
