Earn 3.0 FIU Hospitality Management credits while cruising from Miami to Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with port stops in Madeira (Portugal), Lisbon (Portugal), Le Havre – Paris (France) and Dover (England) aboard Celebrity Cruise Line’s Constellation.
CLASSES (choose one):
HFT 3727 Travel Industry law w/Prof. John Thomas
HFT 3770 Cruise Line Operations and Management w/Prof. Patricia Sadar
HFT 6605 Legislation in the Global Hospitality Industry w/Prof. Alessandra Piras (Graduate)
Limited to 20 students per course. Classes are half-day sessions during the 10 days at sea. Students are on their own for port visits.
COST: $1,081 per person, includes the 15-night Transatlantic cruise, inside cabin with double occupancy, meals, taxes, gratuities, fuel surcharge, health insurance, and $175 Study Abroad fee.
Price DOES NOT include extra beverages, restaurant upgrades, other optional services aboard ship, return airfare from Europe, or any expenses after docking in Amsterdam. FIU tuition is additional, but at in-state rates for all students.
Friends and family may join the cruise, but are not part of the FIU Study Abroad Program.

9/18 - $100 Deposit due - Refundable before 11/1; Online application due
11/20 - Payment of $490 deposit ($590 if previous $100 deposit was not already paid) - refundable less $250 if requested by 12/20.
2/1 - Balance of Program Fee due ($491) - Non-refundable.
5/5 - Tuition Due; Departure from the Port of Miami
5/20 - Disembark at Amsterdam, Netherlands
