International Wine & Food Society Scholarship

The International Wine & Food Society Scholarship Fund was established to assist deserving students engaged in the study of the Culinary Arts, Enology, Viticulture and Wine and Food related subjects. The Society is a not-for-profit organization and one of their objectives is the education of their members in various aspects of food and wine.

This scholarship is awarded in the Fall semester. The criteria for the selection of the student are as follows:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better and be able to demonstrate, according to accepted practices, the need for financial aid in order to continue his or her education.
  • Should have distinguished him/herself outside the classroom either by involvement in campus or community activities or work in the wine and food industry.

Please submit the completed Scholarship application form with a current résumé and FIU PantherSoft transcript to Denise Rau, Development Office, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, HM 210 or via email raudg@fiu.edu . Please indicate the name of the scholarship on your application.
