Want to showcase your own brand? We can partner with your company to host an exclusive job fair. Build awareness of your company and recruit hospitality students and alumni through a tailored fair for your organization.

  • Customized Recruiting Opportunity

Chaplin School offers many other ways to customize engagement with our students. Sponsor a “lunch and learn”, an expert panel for a seminar, or even offer students a “mini-course” in your company’s expertise. Customize an engagement event based on your expertise and network with students and alumni.

Reverse Career Fair

fiu_reversefair.jpgOur Reverse Career Fairs are comprised of a smaller group of students who will be creating a "vision board" of their future career goals and successes and showcasing their vision boards to employers. This would be an opportunity for employers to speak to those students and learn more about them and their career paths/journeys. Instead of employers having their own designated tables like a traditional career fair, the students will have their own tables and boards to present!
