Bio
Kelly Feintech serves as the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff for Bacardi North America. She has a progressive career in Business Transformation and Strategy, both as a consultant and within industry. Kelly has guided Fortune 100 companies, family owned privately held companies, as well as start-ups through multiple transformations (e.g., M&A, ERP, culture) by helping leaders crystalize strategic objectives and drive stakeholder adoption.
Kelly is a business athlete and collaborative business partner who has worked heavily across Commercial, Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Communications. An MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from Wellesley College, she has lived and worked in four continents and speaks English and French. Kelly lives in Miami, Florida where she also serves on the Board of Directors for the Grolier Poetry Book Shop (the nation's oldest poetry bookstore) and volunteers for her alma mater, Wellesley College.
