My role involves providing financial and operational analysis to support the Development Team in evaluating various projects, including hotel management contracts, development ventures, joint ventures, and asset acquisitions. With a background in Real Estate/Hotel Management and experience in financial modeling and market studies, I bring strong analytical skills and expertise in property-level financial statements and pro-forma models. I thrive in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks with a results-driven approach. My proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint enables me to present analytical results effectively to facilitate senior management decision-making. My passion for the hospitality industry drives me to stay updated with industry trends and contribute to strategic initiatives.

I am eager to serve on the FIU Chaplin School Alumni Network because I have always been drawn to the idea of being more involved in my alma mater. I have benefited greatly from the FIU Chaplin School, and I want to give back to the community that has given me so much.
