Arnel San Pedro is a multi-dimensional leader and executive, highly regarded for his expertise in live events, show management, technical direction, and broadcast operations. Known for his resourceful and diplomatic approach, he thrives at leading high performance teams in impact-driven environments. His nonlinear career path reflects his strategic ability to navigate and engineer across industries and departments unlike no other.

Working with the best of the best entertainment and government teams, San Pedro is a catalyst who produces and directs record-breaking shows and festivals. Known for running a tight ship, he is a master at decoding complexities and making difficult processes seem simple. He taps into his unparalleled network to provide high-portfolio support for inclusive, renowned, and statement-driven companies.

San Pedro’s leadership portfolio spans hundreds of productions of all types, including Art Basel Miami Beach, DGA Honors Awards, Florida Men's Fashion Week, Inter Miami CF, LA Fashion Week, Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run, Miami Film Festival, New Order Proclamation, Outshine Film Festival, Pan-Partisan POTUS Engagements, Super Bowl LIV, Swim Week, and Ultra Music Festival. He has worked with major organizations like City of Miami Beach, Facebook | Meta, Sony Pictures, Spotify, and Virgin Entertainment.

A network and studio veteran, San Pedro has produced or distributed numerous prize-winning documentaries, including BOMB IT, JONESTOWN, and WORKINGMAN’S DEATH. He launched his craft as an Associate Producer at MTV | VH1 Productions, where he worked on multiple live and remote shows and won the NY Viewer’s Choice Award at the MTV Film Festival, for a documentary short he wrote and directed.

San Pedro is a free-spirited champion of culture, who has lived in New York, Miami | South Florida, and Los Angeles. An originator of nightlife subculture and hospitality, he is enriched by music, fashion, art, health and wellness, and civic celebrations. As the founder of Entertainment Influencers (fka Event Influencers), he fosters significant connections in entertainment and media. For Arnel, every endeavor contributes to a nobler impact beyond the task itself.

San Pedro earned an MBA in Management from the University of Miami and a BA in Film and Marketing from NYU, where he graduated cum laude and as a member of the MLK Scholars Program. He is also an Adjunct Professor at FIU's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, where he teaches Special Event Production & Show Management for the country’s top-ranked program.
