Bio

Fabián Rodríguez-Suárez is the Founder and Principal of FAROS Advisory, a consulting firm specialized in providing guidance and education to the private sector and governments in Hotel Real Estate Investments in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA). With over 25 years of corporate experience in hotel investment, tourism, real estate, and brands, he has held top management positions for Latin America in leading consulting firms and global companies, including Hilton, Accor Hotels, Horwath HLT, and Cencosud.

Fabián is a member of ISHC (International Society of Hospitality Consultants), holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, a Master of Science degree in Finance from Torcuato Di Tella University, and has specializations in Negotiation and Conflict Management from ESADE Business School, as well as in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
