Bio

Mitchell Meredith began his hospitality career early in Southern California, working through high school. He attend Johnson & Wales University in North Miami where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management, while also earning his Associate of Science in Culinary Arts, French Wine Scholar Certification, and a Level II Certification through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust.
 
Meredith then spent three years at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa holding various leadership positions: Beverage Director, General Manager of Soff’s, Assistant General Manager of Corsair Kitchen + Bar, and Food & Beverage Manager for the overarching resort. During his time at JW Turnberry, Meredith played an integral role in developing the resort’s multi-million-dollar food and beverage operation, opening of Soff’s Lounge, and assisting with the rebranding of the property. Meredith’s next opportunity brought him to Charlotte, NC, as a Regional Director of Operations for Mac’s Hospitality Group, overseeing four unique concepts, including a concert venue and popular speakeasy.
 
In his role as the Beverage Academy Program Manager, Meredith will assist the Bacardi Team with the overall development and implementation of revenue producing, industry-related installations, beverage-related projects, and internal and external marketing.
