Bio

Jordan Kavana, entrepreneur and real estate visionary, is the Founder and Chairman of ARK Homes For Rent, commanding a portfolio worth nearly $2 billion in the U.S. Sunbelt. His journey in real estate began with the establishment of Transcendent Investment Management in 2008, where he aimed to revolutionize the industry with a data-driven approach, particularly in the single-family residential sector. This venture led to the creation of TIAS ResiPro™, enhancing the Build U.S. Back® suite of companies with comprehensive property management solutions. His innovative strategies in this field were recognized in a 2014 Harvard Business School case study, emphasizing his significant impact on the U.S. housing market.

Before his foray into real estate, Kavana made a name for himself internationally, including launching a high-tech toy company in Asia and co-founding JL Real Ventures, focusing on multi-family property investments in the Southeastern U.S. His academic pursuits include a B.A. in Hospitality Management and Finance from Florida International University, alongside graduate-level real estate finance studies at Harvard University. Moreover, Kavana has enriched his leadership and business management skills through the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School.
