Highly respected and well recognized for his adept ability to understand the customers needs, curate scalable experiences and convert them into creative revenue opportunities, Labadie, brings invaluable expertise to FirstService Residential and their portfolio of recognizable family of companies.
For more than 20 years, he has consistently led and built brands, creating award-winning workplace cultures that are driven by innovation and customer loyalty. With a proven track record of cultivating diverse and customer-centric high performing teams, maximizing value, elevating customer experiences and scalability of sustainable processes; Labadie continues to redefine high-end lifestyle and hospitality standards on a global level with a highly curated and customized approach. "More emotional and less transactional" is a phrase he often refers too.
Today, Labadie’s teams have oversight and responsibility for FirstService Residential’s lifestyle + hospitality platforms including front desk, concierge, security services, access control, technology solutions, food + beverage operations, activations, sports + marina management, vendor programs, strategic partnerships, value engineering, vendor management, cable programs, energy and procurement - truly redefining service delivery in residential living.
Previously, Labadie had a successful exit from Two Roads Hospitality, when they were acquired by Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2018. He was a key member of the executive team that led to global expansion.
Tempering business with community stewardship, Labadie supports and is an active member and past board member of several global and national organizations and philanthropic endeavors, including the AHLA, Cuban American National Foundation, Latino Hotel Association, Sigma Phi Epsilon, March of Dimes, Mercy Hospital and Amigos 4 Kids to name a few.
Born in Northern New Jersey, Labadie is an alumnus of Florida State University - current board member and benefactor of the Florida State University, Dedman College of Hospitality. He also serves as Vice President of Programming and Mentorship for Florida International University and is on the Board of Directors for the FIU Hospitality Real Estate Executive Advisory Board (HREAB).
Labadie resides in Miami, Florida with his wife and their 3 children.
