Marco Roca

Bio

Mr. Marco Roca is a Senior Corporate Officer and executive leader with 40 years of global experience in real estate, hospitality, casinos, and restaurants. He has developed four major brands, raised over $100 million in equity capital, and closed 1,500 deals worth $50 billion. He is the founding partner and CEO of Reveille Hospitality, LLC, a startup development, consulting, and QSR owner-operator. Mr. Roca was also the President of Global Development and Chief Development Officer for Caesars Entertainment, where he led the expansion of the company's casino and hotel footprint across multiple continents. He also launched the groundbreaking pure-play hospitality brand Caesars’ Republic and managed all 660 franchised food and beverage outlets. Prior to his time at Caesars, Mr. Roca was Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Hard Rock International, where he transformed the company into a globally dominant entertainment brand. He has also held executive leadership and property operations roles in prominent companies such as Realogy, Wyndham, Starwood, Marriott, Forte Hotels, and Hilton. Mr. Roca has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of The Americas in Mexico and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Development from the United States International in Mexico City. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
