A minor is not required for the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management degree, however students may elect a minor if they choose. Students who are not in the Hospitality Management degree program may choose 12 credits from any of the course offerings to create their own minor according to their particular interests.

  • Hospitality Studies Minor – 12 credits

    Students must select 12 credits in hospitality or tourism management to create their own Hospitality Studies minor according to their particular interests. This minor is available to non-hospitality majors only.

  • Minor in International Hospitality Studies – 12 credits

    Students select 12 credits in hospitality management and create their own minor according to their particular interests. This minor is available to non-hospitality majors, who will be participating in our study abroad programs, such as in China. This minor is also available to online students.
