This essential leadership course takes place at our FIU Biscayne Bay Campus at the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, in an interactive and dynamic environment that promotes best practice sharing, hospitality case studies, and skills simulation exercises.

Upon completion of the foundational Emerging Leaders Hospitality Program, participants become eligible to complete the more advanced  Hospitality Leadership Development Program, which takes place in August of the following year. The two programs together create a recipe for leaders that delivers team engagement and powerful results.
